Every electric fireplace I have purchased fromReal Flame has had flawless instructions that were easy, parts are so much better quality than other brands, especially this one. The holes were all drilled, parts all there, just really impressed with this quality.

Was delivered fast, easy to put together, good build quality. Nice flame. Had an issue with the fire box not shutting off. Which in its self isn't a big deal but it over heated and still didn't shut off. The company sent me a new box doesn't not over heat, but the thermostat does not work properly and constantly runs. I call real flame for the second time. I asked them if there was a trick to getting the unit to shut off. I was told that if my thermostat is in a different room the temperature could be off in the room that you're in. Normally I would say okay but I've had two different fireplaces in that room before I ordered this one and the thermostats work just fine. The room I have the unit in is generally colder however, once the heat in my house kicks on thermostat on the unit which I said at 71° with shut the heat off on the fireplace. I've seen my room as high 76° and you didn't just keep running when I have it set at 71. No matter if the heat's on or not. They offered to send me a third fire box, which right now I declined because they don't take the other ones back. Back what am I going to have three fire boxes sitting around my house ? The only reason why I'm giving them three stars is because they have been pretty accommodating. I'm going to try a couple different things. If not, I'll be sending this unit back. I just have a feeling it really does not cover a thousand square feet like they advertised.So I removed the fire box from the mantel it worked fine. Called customer service one again, although the girl on the phone was attempting to act nice. She had no answers for me and kinda treated me like an idiot. You spend 500 bucks for a product and you get of the phone feeling like a fool. Not good only reason I'm not shopping this back, is because I don't feel like packing it up. Usually I would tell her off, but I am tiring over a new leaf. Hit them where it hurts. Video review to follow.

Love the look, but got to the very end putting the mantel on & holes wouldn't match to secure it. Called the company & explained. Gal said she didn’t know what to do?

Perfect fit for our living room. Looked so nice especially at Christmas. Got so many compliments.

**UPDATE. Called the manufacturer & they answered quickly, found my order in the system so fast, and ordered the correct part for me. They had it shipped within a few days and to me within the week. Very very good customer service. Now that the piece is put together, WE LOVE IT. the heater is quiet and it’s stunning. Definitely recommend**Would love to put this together to see if it’s worth the $550 spent… however upon opening the box, turns out we received 2 left front panels instead of one left and one right as said in the instruction manual. Will be calling realflame regarding the error and updating this review, but overall very disappointed that we spent so much and couldn’t even get the correct pieces sent to us. Hoping they overnight the correct panel.

I was a little skeptical because of the other reviews but this is amazing! It is beautiful and so sturdy! It heats our entire living and dining area comfortably. Very easy to put together.
