Man o man if I had this stuff in my twenties I'd been super human lol. This stuff is amazing. I take everyday. I used to feel groggy and unrested every morning and I would take supplements like beets and tumeric that didn't give me this kind of energy and clarity.I will forever use this as a part of my daily regimen and yay no more pre-work out for this girl. I can get my workout going right away after 5 drops of this. I can take anywhere from 5-10 drops in a day. It also boosts your cannabis high if you take before partaking....oh I also consume less cannabis because the shilajit makes it stronger 😂

We needed a great product to give us the minerals our bodies need. This gives us that and a huge immunity boost. After taking it few days later I can see the improvement on my energy and metabolism. I would recommend it.

Good energy booster

Gives your energy , helps hair grow and noticed some muscle gain when working out.... TASTE not the greatest however shilajit is not to taste like honey . Good strong dose of Shilajit.

A few points to hit why I think this is legit.I workout 3-5 days per week; my workouts last anywhere from 45-75 min and I always push myself. I typically get 6-8ish hours of sleep a night. I used to habitually be groggy, tired, sore or would have to have an energy drink to be alive in the mornings. NOW, none of that. I am never tired. My body rarely no never aches or is sore. My stamina is all day and I don’t get sleepy or brain-fogs anymore. I feel more vibrant, fully recovered and am just overall cognitively present and functional than I’ve been in a long time. Yes, I take other vitamins/supplements, but this definitely seems to have played a key part on my wholistic function and bodily health. Give it a shot! It’s definitely worth a try.
