Edit: customer service was willing to be helpful and fix the problem. Thank you Glacier fresh.Product leaks so bad at the fitting. Camp ground banned me from using it because it's wasting water. Terrible design. Went back with previous set up.

Just did a 5 week trip in the RV and used this filter system. Water was clear, no odor, and tasted good (though we drink bottled water mostly). We have a Zero Water system to so I decided to test the Glacier Fresh with the Zero Water "wand" and it tested zero. Some people have commented on leaking but we got none. I did use teflon (plumber's tape) on the connections.

I purchased this item to use in a AZ RV park where the water was horrible. It arrived quickly, and worked well for about 3 months. I disconnected it to change out the filters, and now one of the quick connects that comes supplied is bad (loose) and sprays water rendering the unit useless. I contacted customer service as this would be a warranty issue, and all that has happened is a run around with no answers or help. 300 down the drain. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

I've been using this for about a month. It replaced the single filter Blu Technology filter I had under the sink, which leaked about 2 gallons per week. I was hesitant because of reviews about leaks, but I figured that's just standard manufacturing errors, and I guess I was right. The unit I received doesn't leak, and the water tastes great! I'm very particular about water taste and I can tell IMMEDIATELY when a filter needs to be changed, so I'm relieved this tastes good! I would have preferred the two filter system for storage space, but getting the filters seem to be a pain, so I got this one instead. It's a very reasonable size and I had no problem finding a spot for it in my camper van. Highly recommend!

The change in the taste of our RV park water was remarkable. Everything went together quickly and easily. One of the quick disconnects leaks very slightly but I should be able to tweak this and get it fixed.

Unfortunately I did not put my RV water filter to use until after the return window was gone. When I connected the water supply to the unit using the quick connections [the only way available] it leaks water at both quick connect couplings, no matter what water pressure is being used. Also, the inlets for the water filter are smaller than standard garden hose connections, so I haven't found a way so far to connect my water supply directly into the filter unit to avoid the water leakage. So at this point it is completely unusable for my camping needs.Once I found some different attachments for the inlet and outlet (which are both 1/2” rather than standard 3/4”) the problem was solved and I have good clean water for both the camper as well as for my beer brewing. It shouldn’t have required this, but now that I have it working well it is very good.

Tried to purchase Blu triple combo filter set, was not available, so I purchased these to see if they would work. They do! The very first filter in lineup I had to twist a little bit on the internal hook up to put a groove into the seal but after that it's working fine! I will purchase again!

Mine is leaking slightly from one connection. Need replacements. Upside, keeps the cement cool all day. Downside, the RV park isn’t happy about the wasted water.I’m happy with the filter system. It’s nice looking and the water quality is great. I switched from BeechLane filters and it’s been a big improvement.
