First! 😁If you want to see beautiful timeless architecture and learn the history of various ancestral residences in the Philippines, I would HIGHLY recommend this book.It is well written and filled with eye-catching photos that will entertain your senses as you joyfully make your way through this publication. The interviews from current owners who are descendants of these historical homes reveal insighful facts, show glimpses of their family values and personalities. Very interesting and enjoyable read.This deserves a place in any home whether it's on a coffee table, desk, home library, etc.Go grab a copy already!

Holding a beautifully published coffee table book about your hometown in your hands is one thing. But to actually have stories about my family’s history mentioned in the book is something special entirely. Of course I blogged about it (bluedelrio.home.blog). I am so delighted to own this book! I wrote my own notes inside my copy so my children may also gain additional context about our ties to some of these ancestral homes.
