lookto thin,but do work
I got these to wear around the house with my sweatpants that ride up and let my ankles get cold . they look to thin to work but are good and keep them warm and I like that. the only thing I don't like is that they are real tight on both ends not as comfortable as I had hoped for. i'm currently stretching them to make more comfy= but they are working to keep my ankles warm in and out of house so far -happy with them

Leg warmers run extremely small
Leg warmer are so small I doubt if they would fit a small child.Not for adults.

Tight around calves.
If you have larger calves these will not fit. I have slim calves and these were tight with no slouching.
