Does what it’s supposed to
I had a small surgical scar approximately 2” on my arm and I followed the surgeons instructions which was as follows. Keep initial bandage dry, if it get wet then replace with a new one. On the 8 day mark I began using silicone tape to cover the wound, cleaning the tape and the area routinely. I also introduced gentle massage on the area using E45 cream. Finally on the 30 day mark I switched to silicone gel. I applied the smallest amount to the area every 12hours. It’s now been 60 days since surgery and the scar is looking incredible. Note this is a silicone gel not a massaging gel. Use a separate cream such as E45 to massage, let that moisturise over an hour, then apply the silicone gel as the final protection. Remember to also keep the scar out of direct sunlight and use spf50 (for sensitive skin) if need be.

Good quality
Fabulous product, easy to use, no smell. Very effective when used correctly, it does take repeated use over time. Liquid texture

Good thick consistency
Goes on scars every smooth and doesn’t leave a residue. The pump is a little temperamental hence only 3 scars as sometimes it is tricky to get out

Hard to tell
I've used it for 6 months, it's hard to say. I think there has been some improvement, but I've also not used it every single day so it could be that I should have been more vigilant to see more drastic results. I can't complain as it's a nice product and applies well and may be working. I have recently taken photographs of scars to see if I notice a difference in the coming months as this kind of stuff takes time

Very effective on keloid scar tissue
Brought this to try on my partner's 20 year old keliod scar and now on the 2nd bottle. Have been very impressed at how much it's improved the scar. It was very dry, itchy and flaky, which has now stopped, and the raised pink scar has also subsided leaving the skin smoother and with just pigmentation loss. Would highly recommend this product for keloid scarring. Quite greasy but absorbs well into the skin. Pleasantly surprised at how effective this product has been on such an old scar. There are often air locks so pump bottle needs a bit of work. A little pricey, but given the results would recommend

Good product
Calmed down the itching and scar pain after c section so far it lasts and I like how easy it is to apply and doesn't wash up easy. It is quick gel to dry and works well. Reccomend

Barely ANY product!?
The pump doesn't work so I decided to take the bottom of the bottle off to see if I could get the gel that way.Once I did that i found theres BARELY any product in the bottle at all omg it's crazy how little there is!? For £15 too, that's got to be a joke.. would go with a different brand tbh.I can't speak on the effectiveness of the gel itself since I only just got it but wouldn't recommend, not worth the money as I see it unfortunately.

I prefer this one
I stupidly cut my hand open accidentally with a stanley knife. I was advised to keep the scar moisturised and to use kelocote silicone gel by the doctors. It’s still only 6 months and the scar is still quite big, but the silicone has helped, despite me washing it off every 5 minutes as I work in intensive care.I would say this brand is alot more user friendly and affordable than kelocote. This applies quite smoothly like buttering toast and dries soft like a moisturiser. Kelocote on the other hand is a good deal more sticky like spreading glue over your scar and dries with a bit more of a shiny skin. Both suffer from being washed off quite easy with soap and water, which means reapplying a lot more than twice a day in Covid times if you’re using it on your hand. I like the vitamin E added to it as I feel it may add something extra. And it is just cheaper so I can afford to buy a few more bottles and hide them around the house near all the sinks. They all last ages as you literally only need a pimple sized amount and it spreads very well. So unless your scar is massive it should be quite economical to use.
