This ends up being really comfortable, compared to the Oculus "elite" strap that I had on before.Beware that this makes the headset kinda big, and I had trouble finding a case that would fit it, but this strap is fantastic and worth the hassle. :-)

So I don’t recommend buying this at all, the main reason is because at first look of it coming out the box you can tell it’s made very cheaply. It’s definitely not worth the amount of money I paid for this. At first you think that the head strap would work fine, however, the plastic is rather thin, and the foam cushions are very cheap giving very little comfort as it rests on your head. The ratchet for tightening is not bad, but its sad that this is the best part about this head strap. As for the connection points on the quest three, they do connect very well to the quest 3 hinge, but the hinge to the head strap is very loose. While trying to where the head strap, I put it through the test and no matter how little I moved the quest three moved away from my face. It seems that there is not enough friction or tightening in the gear on the hinge to make it to where it won’t easily move. Also, they market this as something that you can easily lift the quest three up to look around. But since his hinge is very loose, he wants to slowly come right back down in front of my face, but will not get close enough to my face to make the VR experience very good.In the end, don’t buy this head strap.

Not perfect but it’s definitely an improvement

Similar to the BoboVR, the top two knobs doesn't really provide any vertical support. The overall feel is very flimsy and I had to tighten the belt by quite a bit to get a secure fit. Not for me.
