Made in dedicated facility containing no peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, dairy, casein, fish, crustaceans, molluscs (shellfish), wheat, gluten, sesame, mustard seeds, celery, sulphur dioxide, sulphites or lupin. We carefully source ingredients and test for peanut, almond, egg, milk and gluten proteins.

Q: how long do these stay good once opened?

Can't say exactly because they get eaten quickly in our house. However, we did have one open box that got hidden in the pantry for a couple of months. The cookies still tasted great, but they we're a little less crisp.

Q: Conventional oats are often desiccated just prior to harvest with herbicides like Roundup. Do you test your oat flour for herbicide residues?

The company from which we source our gluten free oat flour has a complete ban on use of glyphosate. Among the many precautions they take to be certain of compliance is that they conduct tests on post-harvest samples from each farmer’s crop.
