Easy to install with a very secure fit, not too big or cumbersome and with great manoeuvre-ability to adjust the phone angle, but once tightened the phone is going nowhere. Very stable. I appreciate the release button on the back although have found I can also easily remove the phone by sliding it upwards out of the holder and can place it back using the same method for convenience. The additional legs add stability but can get in the way slightly of the adjustment fin on the air vent, but these legs can be moved to suit your needs. The price paid was very satisfactory for the product quality. Thus far I would definitely recommend, only time will tell whether the product has longevity so will update my review if anything changes, but so far so good.

I set my expectations for this item very low because of the ridiculously low price, but chanced it because of the decent reviews.However, the holder is brilliant! It fixes to the vent easily and is really solid because of the metal hook and the 2 supporting legs (forming a triangle)The bit that grabs your 'phone is all covered with rubber, so no chance of damaging it, and it sits nicely on the 2 rubber covered bottom pieces.How long the clever ratchet grab & release system will last I don't know, but for the price I don't really care.Really pleased with this holder, and would buy another one the same if/when it breaks.

My daughter recently got her first car and as it’s an older car it doesn’t have build-in satnav and as a parent you always worry about them using their phones while driving but this has been perfect holding her phone so she could use the satnav. Sturdy design. Easy to remove and set up and very lightweight

Great product holds well, only problem is when it’s done up it’s broken the air vent to my van, which now wil cost £120. So adjust properly to avoid problems.

My previous phone cradle didn't look that much different to this one. They're worlds apart, though. This holder has nice, substantial grips that hold the phone a bit like gloved hands reaching round: a slight in-curve combines with a rubberised inner surface to ensure that phone really isn't going to fall out, however much it's shaken. You don't need to release the grips to take the phone out, though: they can stay in the correct position to accept it again when you get back in the car. The air vent grip is solid and unshakeable. This may be cheap, but it's not nasty, and I can't think of a reason not to recommend it.

Finally the one you should have gotten earlier. big enough for modern phones, the fixing system is great, the hook screws in to lock onto the vent and it has moveable stabilising legs so it doesn't bounce around.
