Marcato Ravioli Square Stamp, 58 mm

I wish it were brass but that's my only complaint. Otherwise, it's a great size and works well. It's also a low investment to see if you are into ravioli making! My partner and I have gotten into pasta making and are expanding our repertoire into filled pastas. We like this one. But it's a bit time consuming to stamp each raviolo individually. So once we get more comfortable I think we will upgrade to a version where you can make, fill, seal, and cut 12 at once. However, the advantage of this stamp is that you can use it to cut squares of pasta for various different shapes or even cut clay, etc for crafts. Would also be great for cookies!
