These hats are perfectly small and my daughter loved the set up I created for her birthday with her teddies. The string is already attached on the hats which is fab as I saw other kits were you had to thread them on yourself so these were instantly usable out the bag. I bought these for my birthday and they were huge success!Everyone loved that they had adjustable strings.Only downside, on the inside they smelt quite fishy. We had to spray them with perfume and after a while the smell came back.
