Ronnie and his team did a great job with this. The flavor is fantastic, and it has a great kick. The only thing you need to be warned about is breathing it in. There's black pepper in the mix, so when you add water and go to take a sip, don't breathe through your nose.The only con is the blue dye in the Carnivale Rush flavor is quick to stain your skin. I'm not sure if something changed in the formula. I've purchased 2 tubs of this in the past. The third tub seems to have really strong blue dye. If I get it on my skin, it can take a few days to disappear.

Ronnie has done it again!! This is hands down his best product in his supplement line. Super clean long lasting energy with zero crash! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a New preworkout.

Not a bad product. Was expecting more of an intense energetic workout. I would give maybe 3.5. I’ve had better. Focus isn’t there. I take this with L-arginine, and creatine.Flavor is good.
