This is my second bottle of these gummies and I’m extremely happy with them and plan on keeping them as part of my routine.They taste really good so I look forward to eating them every day and I feel a huge difference with hot flashes during my sleep and they have improved my mood greatly. I feel a lot more calm, less moody and definitely less anxious during the day.

This product made me like gummy, it helped to relieve my menstrual cramps, revive my ovulation. One I don't like about it is the sugar content. If the sugar can be reduced, it'll be good.

I got it mainly to see if it will help balance my hormonal acne out a bit. I haven’t seen a difference with my acne. So I’m going to try panoxyl. That’s the only reason for one star off. But it did make my period easier. Less pain! Not as heavy! It helps me sleep better too so I take it at night. No side effects which is a great plus. My nails started growing too which I wasn’t expecting and am happy with because I have extremely brittle nails that always break and peel before they have a chance growing off my finger. I will continue to use this and see how things go! This is just a shy of one month use! The taste is yummy as well taste like strawberries! Nice texture.

I love taking vitamins that also taste good and these gummies are it!I have yet to keep taking it and go through the entire month to actually test it but I like them so far!

They do not work I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and I see no difference in my hormone balance at all. And I know that you don’t see results right away but it shouldn’t take weeks or a month to start working.They do taste great but that’s it. Don’t buy it’s a waste of money ladies

Still in pain and very moody ,it doesn’t work for everyone.at least not for me.

I bought them cause they are vegan. Taste is sweet cause it has sugar added. I was hoping for natural fruit sweetness but it doesn't taste natural. So far my bloating is still there but I am taking everyday hoping in the long run it might help. I will update once I finish the whole bottle.
