Great for clicking
This toy makes great clicking sounds and is pretty fun to have in the hand but I wish it was a little bigger I drop it a lot but it’s built well enough to handle drops and scratches. I don’t recommend bringing it into quiet places.

A nice little slider fidget!
This little fidgeting tool was made to combat boredom and it definitely delivers! Small, black and made of strong, magnetic metal, it helps to relax and focus the mind. It also provides a welcome distraction while waiting for an appointment in the doctor's office or standing in a lone line shopping for groceries. It is light, small and fits virtually into any pocket. You can play with it, slide it and separate it into two parts, that easily come together under magnetic forces. I wish these little things came in different sizes and colors, but maybe one day they will be. Overall, I like this tool and will recommend it to anyone who needs to chill out.

Not a nice clicker it doesn't click...
There are many of these sliders and clickers that are fabulous. This one didn't have the right or sensation or have the right quality. I prefer the stainless steel ones. I didn't see on Amazon, though other vendors have them. The idea is great. The execution is not superb on this particular model...

Okay fidget
This is for someone who needs to focus on their fidget. Which doesn't always work for me. It isn't loose enough to play with while paying attention to other things. Maybe it will loosen up with time but out of the box play is stiff on mine.

Keeps my free hand busy!
I was looking a fidget device that I could use one-handed. Those typical one that look like three circles that spin around a center piece are too big for my small hands. This is good for keeping one hand busy when I'm trying to read. The hand not holding the book/tablet tends to wander and start messing around with things it shouldn't be (like the nails on my fingers or toes) so this really helps put a stop to that. It's basically two metal cases with magnets inside to hold them together, with a special papery/plastic-y stickers covering the sides that touch to help them slide against each other and make a kind of crackling sound as they do. This covering does cover the tiny screws that hold the cases shut, but they can come loose, especially if you've cut away the covering oven them with an exacto blade. The instructions that come with it say not to open them up, but guess who's curious? Yeah... don't do that. It contains nine tiny but strong magnetic discs, which will immediately come out to stick to the others as soon as you open it. (they're kept apart inside by a set of separators that look like a tic-tac-toe board). It's really difficult to get them separated and put back inside, I did get them back, but I think I got some of them upside down and they're repelling the other case instead of attracting it, since the two don't stick as firmly as it used to and not as straight together. But it still works as intended and I like it. Recommended!

The one I am reviewing is not hexagonal
My fidget toy is silver and rectangular with 12 raised squares on each side. When I click on the link in my order now, it takes me to a hexagonal fidget toy that is not the same. Mine is a cool, shiny metal. I like that texture of the 12 raised squares on each side. it feels good in your hand and has a nice heavy feel. It clicks when you use it so once again a fidget toy that might be annoying to you coworkers in an office setting. It is fine if you are not around people. This fidget toy is more elegant in its design and is simple to use. It is a bit expensive for a fidget toy but does allow for pretty decent fidgeting. I have a set of cheap plastic (three d printed) gravity knife style fidget toys that I prefer to this expensive one. For me this one is not worth the price, but it is by no means awful.
