Great phone for the elderly ..
This phone is great. I purchased it for my elderly mother. It is very easy to use and navigate . Lightweight and compact. So far , it's been very reliable . Battery holds a good charge. The big Buttons are ideal for my mum. My mother is very pleased with it. Great value for the money and i highly recommend it .

Amazing Phone for the Elderly!
I purchased this for my 88 year old mother who struggles with all technology but she loves this one. She said it was so easy to use with it’s clear to read buttons,, nice feel in her hand not too heavy and best of all the SOS button on the back, so she could contact me with one button press. The cost was great value especially for the elderly, who have a limited income. Definitely recommend !!

Good basic phone
Good value phone, ideal for my elderly mother. Nice loud ringtone and speaker, large buttons and easy to use. 4g so a little future proof. Battery lasts a long time so doesn’t have to be replaced in cradle all the time.

Not so great Great for an elderly person
EDITED - 25/01/25 - This phone is rubbish, don't waste your money, mother in law was complaining it wasn't working & we thought it was user error, it's not, can't make a call or receive a call, shocking quality to barely last 3 months, not good when you want the phone for an emergency!I got this phone for my 89 yr old mother in law as her old phone was now not compatible as the 3g network is being turned off.She just needed a simple phone with big buttons to make a call & take call although this phone can send & receive text msgs she doesn't need this.I was super impressed at how easy it was to set up, it only has 2 ring tones but they we loud which is great for the hard of hearing.I love the sos button on the back which can be set up to call a few chosen people in order incase of emergency rather than scrolling through names on the directory. All in all a 5star little phone for a very light user.

Handy for seniors or as a spare for emergencies
The media could not be loaded. Exactly as advertised. Big button, responsive phone that's ideal for seniors or as a spare phone for anyone else (think about keeping it in your car, taking it camping etc.). 4G, USB C and with a loudspeaker. Battery lasts a long time and there's a couple of other cool features like a flashlight and SOS button too. It's got some handy indents on the side which makes it a bit grippier than other similar sized phones

Nice phone, easy keys but quality of calls is not so good
I guess you get what you pay for. It works, the buttons are big, the volume is okay and fairly easy to use. However, I noticed the quality of the calls is poor with lots of crackling. I suppose you get what you pay for and it is a sub-£50 phone afterall!

Great Mobile for the elder person
Great mobile phone brought for my Dad who finds it easy to use, loves the look of it and fits into his shirt pocket well due to its size. Seems durable and good to have a charging dock for ease along with a cable . Great screen size and speed seems okay.

Easy to use phone with long battery life
I actually bought this phone for my wee boy so that he can reach someone if something were to happen to me when dad is away for work. It’s great, it calls granddad by pushing the emergency button and goes to the next contact if he doesn’t answer. The phone is very easy to set up, has nice chunky buttons and I like that it makes a noise when the battery is low so I know when to put it on charge. It’s ideal having a stand for it so it’s always kept in the same place and my son knows where to find it. We tried emergency watches but they didn’t work and lost their charge too quickly.
