We bought 2 of them...a his n a hers...They are great..strongly advise buying and using....

2 is not better than one.
The breather works okay. The settings all work; however, the breather keeps separating, and that is irritating. Having to exercise and continually hold on to the end piece is a bother.

Does The Job!
I started seeing advertisements for different types of breathing apparatus to improve respiratory fitness, improve lung capacity etc and that by using one of these routinely one could notice a difference in their workout capacity.Based upon reviews and questioning a Respiratory Therapist that I work with I settled on this one. I can honestly say that after several weeks of using this once in the morning and again in the evening I am up to the 4th level and have noticed a big improvement in my ability to train hard and my recovery time, as measured with a pulse oximeter, is much shorter than it was before. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you have any kind of respiratory issue (check with your Doc first) or just want to improve your stamina!
