This item came on time but at first I notice something wrong because it wasn’t turning on then saw it had a chip on the side which is sad was really looking forward to it

It lags when I open an app
I just bought this phone 2 days ago and it's super laggy....I don't even have much on my phone given that it's new and have barely any apps. However I did move some photos but that shouldn't have been the problem for the lag. It delays whenever I open an app by about 10 seconds which is quite annoying. .. I'm debating on whether or not to see it out a few more days or return it. I did turn it off for a full day once I got it. But the overall look of it is new no scratches or anything which is great but honestly the laggyness is something I can't take.ugh.
