Very convenient to use. Spacious- can bake rounds and loafs. Great heavy sturdy quality. Finally don’t have to use parchment paper. Just preheat it in the oven, flower the bottom, hoist your bread on it and close the lid. Made my baking much easier.

This is my first experience with a Dutch oven and baking sourdough. It’s is beautifully colored. Love the ombré coloring. It baked up my first loaf beautifully. I really like the sling that came with it. It eliminates the need for parchment paper and makes it easy to load and unload the loaf. I did have some cheese from my next loaf drip out into the bottom of the pan, but it just wiped right out.Very heavy! It’s way better than I was expecting. Super happy with it at this point.

I’m new at baking sourdough bread and I’m am sure that my success has been because of this Dutch oven! This comes with 3 pot holders And the bread sling.The pan is heavy duty, though the lid is easy to lift in order to check the temperature.The moisture is able to circulate and I don’t need to remove the lid in order to brown the bread. I wish that I was able to share pictures!!
