Wil the big round saviour tsa locks work?

Yes, they are lockable. Not sure why someone would think otherwise. Just look at the zippers and you could see the openings in them were you can put a TSA lock.

Will a full-size 2011 with red dot optic fit?

My full size SA 1911 fit so I dont see why it wouldnt. Even with an optic, which shouldn't make it that much bigger, should fit.
