I use the orange for gun sights. Easy to use and reapply if needed.

Hard to get out of tube
It is so hard to get out of the tip of the tube that the body of the tube splits. I cut back the opening to make the hole a little larger but not so much to make it dry out between uses. The 2nd tube I’ll cut back a little more.It is a time consuming step to add to oil changes on a busy day that I almost have to consider adding $3 per oil change or loose $3 in productive time I could be doing something else.That said it’s good insurance that a drain plug torqued to factory spec stays put. I think the torque spec is only good if the plug has not already been over torqued elsewhere that changes the threads geometry as well as physically changes to the gasket that occurs. How do you know. You don’t. Insurance it’s stuck there until next time is good.
