Better than most health club bikes
I’ve ridden a lot of spin bikes since I began my fitness journey 10-years ago. This by far is the best bike I’ve ever been on, it was a FRACTION of the cost of some of the more well known brands. Don’t waste your money on those overpriced clothes hangers. This is all you need. Just be prepared for the “Burn”.Your body will be begging for mercy after 20-minutes on this.

This bike is heavy
The first thing I noticed when the crate was delivered was the weight, this thing is heavy. Given that its weight capacity is up to 330lbs, it makes sense to over build it with heavy gauge steel. When moving the crate and putting it together, keep in mind of its weight and the need for two people to work with it.When unboxing the bike, you need to be mindful of all the parts that are taped to the nooks and crevasses of the styrofoam packaging, there are a lot of pieces stuck everywhere. I give the manufacturer 5-stars for packing, they made sure nothing was going to come loose while in shipping.Bike assembly is fairly straight-forward, I was able to put it together without too much fuss. The assembly instructions are sparse but enough to direct you through the assembly process. I would say that it took more time to unbox, separate and identify all the pieces/components than the actual assembly process.Fit, finish and materials, I rate as good, I did not see any defects in workmanship or materials.Dislikes: I find the shoe strap/harness very fussy to use and adjust, there's no way to remove them as far as I can tell. Other bikes I've used just have a single strap that go over your shoe vs the shoe harness used in this product. In my opinion, the harnesses are difficult to use and are not easy to get in and out of. For this, I took a star off.

Indoor Versatility
This is a great bike and very much worth the cost. This is great as it is equipped with measures and monitoring devices that allows me to set goals that are a part of my health and wellness plan. This will work well for the men in our family because of the versatility this bike provides. Another thing we appreciate about this Pasyou 50 is the sturdy material this bike is made out of from the seat, the solid wheel base to the protective foot pedals. GREAT indoor workout bike. Thanks

Great entry bike
Don’t be intimidated by the setup. It’s actually easier to put together than it looks. It’s nice and compact…easy to move (with the wheels on the front) if needed.I can get a good burn going in just a few minutes! The seat is fairly comfortable too.

Super heavy duty stationary bike
Bought the bike to help with my knee replacement surgery for physical therapy on my knee.

Excellent spin bike. A big step up from what we had previously.
Prior to this, we had a sunny bike, and that was great for many years. That bike was half the cost of this one, and the reasons why are now obvious. This FEELS like a spin bike when you are cycling. It feels like the very expensive spin bikes in the gym. I'm impressed.Going through the pictures I have uploaded--1. It comes with protection pieces in the tubes so that they don't get crushed/deformed. Everything was packaged very well and I don't see it arriving damaged for you, either.2. There are surprisingly not that many pieces. It even includes a toolkit with actual helpful tools. I did not get angry trying to assemble it with the provided tools. It came with two wrenches, and that is absolutely necessary to tighten the seat to the frame.3. Not a huge deal, but it comes with batteries for the LCD. Good idea.4. They have added stickers on parts that may be confusing to assemble. For instance, the peddle brackets tell you which way to screw on, as it's not righty-tighty lefty-loosey both ways.5. The LCD screen assembly and attachment caused me some grief, but only by my own ways. Put the batteries in first or else you'll be removing the bracket, putting them in, and screwing the bracket back on. ALSO, make sure you mount the bracket to the bike frame first or else you're going to need a 90 degree screwdriver. This should be obvious, but I of course did it twice!6. They offer two mounting options on the screen, higher or lower depending on where you'd like to mount it.A couple very small negatives:1. There is no way to get the cadence to stay on the screen. It rotates between cadence and something else (I don't remember at this moment, perhaps speed). Either way, when you're doing a spin class at home, the instructor wants you to be at a certain cadence. This can be a little difficult to nail down when it is always rotating. It's not a huge deal, but FYI. We bought a cadence sensor and attached it to the bike, so it can be displayed on our phone/tablet screen so it's no longer an issue.2. The stickers are really very sticky--the kind that will not come off easily and tear no matter what. It's almost as bad as those safety stickers that rip in a million pieces. I tried to capture that in one picture. A little goo-gone and it was no problem. Again, small fries, no big issue. This is a 5 star bike for the price. I am really impressed with it and I feel like I'm actually riding a spin bike now, rather than just a stationary bike. Thanks!
