The product works fine .It has a very small pointed end so it will not work for large areas. I have used a small areas and it did well.

I have restless leg syndrome as well as arthritis (especially in my knees)--and this helps like you cannot believe. I talked to a Dr who does acupuncture and he said yes it works. You draw the tool slightly above where you have pain---I just do it all over the pain---wait about 5 minutes and you should see a noticeable difference. Same tool sells for higher prices but is the exact same thing---get the lower cost one--no difference. I keep one at home and one at work. Have tried it on people at work with great results. I have given this away as presents ---five or six to friends with their Christmas present--no complaints.Happy Customer

stopped working after a week. 2nd time for me with this pen. its a shame because while it worked, it gave me relief in my foot and hands.

Seems this item was to come with 2 containers of contact gel, along with the manual and device. Someone failed in quality control. :(

I've had shoulder pain for a while now and this acupuncture pen is the truth...100% recommended.(now the feeling will catch you by surprise at first lol... Make sure you start off on level one)😉*Turn it on and move it around a tense area and you'll feel it working and use some type of gel or lotion to ease the shock.

So if you want to get your muscle pumping this does work, but i really can't stand getting shocked every time I use this product. i even put a glove on, but in order to lower the strength I would get shocked. I just threw it away. Never had a product which I would get shocked as much as this product.

I could get as much pain relief with this inexpensive pen as I did from expensive professional treatments. Only complaint is the device did not work when the battery compartment cap was on tightly but worked fine after loosening the cap a bit. (note: used aaa battery)
