I leave in the country and have a fly infested attic. Used 4 of those on a 60sqm. Never seen so many dead flies. Just bought some more to repeat over the next few months to keep the infestation under control before trying to seal the roof. After 2 hours it leaves somehow unpleasant burning smell( only in the attic) but too early to deduct a star. Will update.

Having suffered from a horrible and persistent carpet beetle infection all round my flat for years, I've found that aside from professional treatment these smoke bombs are the only things that seem to keep the pesky bugs at bay. They are also relatively quick and easy to use, compared to spraying large areas of carpetsHopefully it's already obvious, but you will need to evacuate the relevant room(s) and also deactivate any nearby smoke alarms. Also pay attention to the instructions that tell you to put the canisters on foil covered plates. The fuses on these often do burn a hole right through the plastic at the bottom

Have used this before to kill off flies. However, over the past week we have had wasps try to nest in my husband's workshop. Letting off the smoke bombs each evening has resulted in around 200 wasps being killed off. It is very effective and I would highly recommend this product.

Bought in Apr 2018 but we got rid of that problem (bees) without using.Just used to fumigate the loft and seem to have worked well despite it being windy and the loft not be well sealed.not 5* because I do not like the use of plastic containers to house something that is then set alight. In my case the containers melted but didn't catch fire. It is a 30m long, 1m high loft, so it was not practical to supervise while they burnt so despite my use of metal trays etc I found the fire safety aspect a nerve racking. Hence... 2* for ease of use.

I tried one but quickly realised it was pathetic so lit the other 3, though a lot of flies died there are still too many left. The area I was treating was a workshop the size of a small garage but with less head room.

I have used this before - moths are a big problem for me with both Persian and wool carpets and clothing. Before use I open drawers and cupboards, remove cushions and place them elsewhere, so that the fumes can get everywhere. It kills all the flying moths but not, of course the larvae. I then scatter lavender in cupboards, under rugs and under static furniture which helps to keep moth away.
