These gummies seemed to help with my keto diet, i noticed i was actively loosing weight more while taking these gummies, taste good, dont have a hard crash at end of the day like some vitamins can do, lots of good ingredients!

I just received my order yesterday and was not expecting much, but was surprised by the great taste. Also, the gummy is smaller than shown in the picture of the lady eating one of them. The gummies are small and very easy to eat. Will update on weight loss later on.UPDATE: The gummies definitely curb my appetite. I eat the gummies first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. After just over one week, I've noticed I don't snack between meals anymore. During meals, I could eat as much as before, but I can easily choose to eat less, which I'm doing.

I have changed my eating habits, started moving more and started taking these. It is too soon to tell how effective the gummy’s are but I will say that they taste very good and are not covered with sugar like other supplements. They are not bothering my digestive system at all. I will keep taking these and would recommend if you are looking for a Keto+ ACV supplement.

This does seem to help my digestion and especially have a better handle on my appetite. I like the ingredients in it and know them to be helpful for digestion and overall health. So far I’ve had no adverse effects and the lessened appetite feels natural. The dosage is 2 but if you are one to be reluctant to supplements which help digestion I suggest starting at 1 for the first few days to see how it feels which is what I did. Their taste is also good! I recommend it.

These gummies taste good and are easy to swallow. However, I did not notice any difference whatsoever in how I felt. No negative side effects so that's good, but I didn't feel like it did anything to accelerate weight loss. It was like eating a couple gummy bears every morning. Once the bottle was empty, I was stunned because I didn't notice a single thing. Especially for the price.

The gummies are great tasting. I have only had them a few days so I can only say I feel less hungry. I am hoping I will lose some weight as well.
