Good insulation but temperature gauge never worked.
The temperature gauge never worked. It did keep my medicine cold on the way to and from my destination. No time to call and try to figure it out before I left for my trip. So I don’t know about customer service yet.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Keeps insulin cold for several hours in the summer but as far as carrying more than insulin like your meter and testing supplies it doesn't have the capacity so you will be using two bags.
