As a busy pet parent, I was sceptical about switching to an automated litter box, but this device has exceeded my expectations. I also thought my cat will find it difficult to adjust with the box but my cat started using it within a week. I just simply transferred the bentonite cat litter from my cat's old litter tray into the smart cat litter box and I also kept the machine on manual mode for the first week to see how she would react.Pros:Convenience: Biggest plus is “No more scooping or cleaning up the mess”⁠Odor control: The Kipenzi's ionic sensor keep the odor under control to an extent.⁠Easy maintenance: Refilling litter and taking out the litter bag is a breeze.⁠Quiet operation: My cat and I sleep peacefully, undisturbed.Cons: The only downside is cleaning the inside of the box, but I can live with that as I had to do that with a regular tray too!Investing in the Kipenzi Automatic Cat Litter Box has improved my lifestyle and strengthened my bond with my pet. Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. Earlier my biggest problem with a litter tray was that at times my cat would use the litter tray more than usual and once it was filled she would poo/pee in the house. Since I got this automated litter box, things have been so much easier. It cleans the litter automatically and moves the clumps into a bag. I have a single kitten and it takes about 3 days for the litter bag to get full. It comes with an app, so I get real-time updates on when the litter bag is full and I don't even have to track it.Setting it up was easy, everything was mentioned in the user manual and operation video. My cat started using it from day 1.If you’re on the fence about buying it, go for it! It’s definitely worth the money, especially if you're looking for a hassle-free way to manage your cat’s litter. I honestly don’t think that I can go back to scooping litter.

Kipenzi Automatic Litter Tray Review – Not RecommendedI’ve been using the Kipenzi Automatic Litter Tray, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to major functional issues and poor customer support.Issues with Clumping & Cleaning• After replacing the mat, the tray failed to clump properly, especially in the corners.• Even after multiple rotations, urine remains in the same spot, making the cleaning mechanism ineffective.• The company suggested changing the litter, but I’ve been using Emily Pet litter, which is known for its excellent clumping properties. This proves the issue lies with the machine, not the litter.Customer Support is Unhelpful• Instead of addressing the actual defect, they tried to blame me for using the “wrong” litter.• Their solution was to increase the cleaning time, which does not fix the core issue.• They did not acknowledge that the machine itself is flawed in how it handles waste.Final Verdict⭐ 1/5 – Not Worth ItThe Kipenzi litter tray fails to clean effectively and has poor design when it comes to clumping. If the machine can’t handle litter properly, it defeats the whole purpose of being “automatic.” Add to that bad customer service, and this product is not worth the investment.If you’re looking for a hassle-free self-cleaning litter box, avoid Kipenzi and explore better brands.

Very easy to use and a life saver. No more manual smelly litter cleaning. All I have to do is remove the litter filled bag and replace it with new one. Can be done in less than 60 secs. The quality of the product is so good. It cleans, sanitise and surprisingly controls the odour. Great tech. Happy to get this for my cat.

Out of my 5 cats, 3 started using it on the very 2nd day. They are not scared. Product is sturdy and as described. Length of the wire given is good & can be easily fixed in any plug point.We clean every alternate day because of the number of cats. Sensor works good and it stops when my naughty cats try to go inside while the barrel is rotating. We also get alert on mobile whenever they use litter.So far I am liking the product very much. It has taken away the stress of scooping the litter twice a day.

Overall, this does what it promises. Like most cat litter box robots, it uses rotation to clear the litter. This is something most cat behaviourists say is off-putting to the cat (since you're essentially putting faecal matter and urine clumps on the "toilet" walls) but I wipe once - twice a day to make up for that and my cat's fine with it. The BIG drawback is the silicone base of the litter tray - damp clumps stick to the silicone. It might be odour-resistant (to a very limited degree) but if freshly clumped litter is sticking to it, it's obviously not doing its job. And before you say anything: I followed the instructions to a T, filling to the correct amount, varying weights by litter type etc. and still had the same issue. Would not recommend.

Update: I am writing this review after using this product for last 2 1/2 month and would advise to not go for it. As said earlier, the cleaning is a very big hassle of this machine and the wet matter gets actually stuck around the wall while revolving. We have tried multiple types of litter But the issue remains cleaning, the manual litter box is a hassle, but you don’t want to give Your cat and unhygienic environmentWe have a kitten of 6 months old and he is using it perfectly. He is scared of the revolving machine hence we only put it on when he busy in other room. For new buyers that’s the word of caution set up the machine when your cat can’t see as they might get scared with the mechanism and may not use it. Keep it off and plug it in when cats are not around till the time they get used to it.ConsCleaning the machine is a hassle, specially if you have to rinse the inside.
