Lurch 10250 Rotary Mincer with Pastry Attachment Aubergine/ Cream

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this mincer. Only the cutting blade and plates are made of metal. Everything else is a good quality plastic. It's designed in such a way that it is very easy to clean. No little nooks or crannies for meat to get stuck.I was dubious about the suction base but it works great on my granite worksurface and ceramic kitchen table. Very secure. Never feels like it's coming off and doesn't slide around. It's a right handed device so if you're a lefty like me then it can feel a bit clumsy but it wasn't a major issue.I did struggle a little mincing pork belly. It's not brilliant with high fat content of the meat. None the less it did the job.Great little device if you only mince say a kg of meat once a week. For the cost it would be hard to beat.

Chopped the meat into smallish cubes, and it worked aboslutley fine, grinding all the meat, even the last few pieces.Also, it sticks to worktop via an inbuilt suction pad. It needs a reasonable push to 'engage' it, but it stays very firm on the worktop.

Great product, does what it needs to do, I like the way it comes apart and you can wash everything separate. Only drawback is the suction cup on the bottom doesn't really hold very well on our serface.

Bought for my sons to use. Great product, sturdy, easy to use, would definitely recommend.

The product arrived broken

I used it as a biscuit cutter, your arms will ache after using them, but they are efficient and simple. The shape wont look exactly like the picture shown but it's still neatly cut. Things CAN get messy with the dough if youre not careful. Easy to pull apart to wash and rinse.

I only used the mincer once and have requested a return. I found the machine very, very hard to operate and was unable to fix it securely to the worktop. Its a smart little machine. Rather expensive
