The first ECO I received. The ECO gel lid had opened during shipping and it was a mess inside the box. The ECO gel also wetted the small hand book that I had ordered making it useless.

Needs to be packaged better. It leaked.

Received my item. Even though it was wrapped up in plastic and taped, there was a large crack down the side of the jar AND gel EVERYWHERE! Maybe consider wrapping the product in bubble wrap vs just using a jiffy mailer envelope. At least the product provides decent hold on 4c hair. I normally use the eco style olive oil, none of the others worked for me.

Does not leave my hair sticky or hard. Washes out easily. Does not make any flakes on my scalp.

Works very well. I bought gel to style my baby hairs and it was great.I love the oils, shea butter and flaxseed so it is helping my hair when I apply it. LOVE that. No flaking at all, used a lot.The pot was a little split when it arrived though not badly, just a little leaked.There is heaps since it's a huge container. I put some in a smaller container for travel.Would recommend!
