The product stopped working after a month.
I initially rated the product highly for its impressive sound quality, but my satisfaction quickly turned to disappointment when it stopped working after just a month. Seeking help, I contacted the CEO, who directed me to a service center in Delhi. Unfortunately, the center was too far away to access conveniently, adding to my frustration. The customer support I encountered lacked both cordiality and professionalism, leaving me feeling unsupported. With no other option, I took the product to a nearby repair shop, which only worsened the damage. This entire experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly urge the company to enhance its customer support and expand its service network to ensure better experiences for future customers.

Comparitively weak in sound system
I bought another speaker with 40W output, that sound is better than Tronica's 90W sound quality. Its heavy too, can't take with us around, totally exhausted. No trolley based, already it’s not portable & without a trolley, it’s difficult to take it to different locations. Its money matters & I'm not using it, lying at home useless. If the team is ready to exchange it with better one, I'll happily change it & this speaker is looking new & no damage or scratches at all.

One of the best India made Bluetooth speakers
Recently purchased the Tronica Boombox- X, a 100 WT powerful Bluetooth speaker. Initially there was a small issue which was promptly resolved by the company. Beautifully designed speaker comes with a wireless microphone & a remote control.You can connect a Pendrive, SD card & Guitar and also can play FM Radio. Sound quality is excellent with a thumping bass. Ideal for listening to music & for indoor/outdoor party & picnic.

The media could not be loaded. Don't buy this product waste of money and they send the damage product and after 2 month when the product not working just waisting your time to enzd your warrenty . When warrenty end then they told it is not possible . Don't buy any product if tronica . Waste of money product it is

The media could not be loaded. Hi friends, if you are looking for a budget friendly audio system then this is the best boombox in this price range, the sound quality is great than what I expected. Good heavy bass and good mid range and treble. It also has good loud sound, a good feeling of listening to an expensive system, and the 2 mics that come with it can be used simultaneously, and the quality is very good. I am fully satisfied with the purchase of this system, Tronica customer service called me and told me all the details, very good service, this is an Indian company, I am very happy, I will give this boombox 5/5 rating, Tronica is the best…

A little disappointed
I ordered 2 Tronica boombox. One came perfect and I loved the sound. The second one was damaged. And looks used. But Amazon was quick to give me refund.
