These pills serve an important purpose for those of us not blessed (or no longer blessed) with natural moisture. They actually work, and quite well, but with an unfortunate side effect. These caused digestive issues that were unpleasant, and therefore I could not continue taking them, much to my dismay. Because they really did help.The gels are very easy to swallow, no problem at all. This is a product that is a big help for post menopausal women who experience dryness, but I would use caution if you have any existing digestive issues .
