​Since receiving this item as a promotional offering under the "Vine" program, I have tried using it twice, and read everything that I can find about the subject and about this instrument (and, of course, purged my browsing history afterwards - there's some weird stuff out there...).I wanted to try the product because of various, potentially prostate related, problems included urge incontinence. Most devices that I could find focused on invasive products and the erotic impacts of the products. I was definitely not interested in those.I could find only two examples of "non-invasive" prostate massager, of which this is one. Neither gave extensive information about the best way to use it, so I just went with what I could piece together from the adsI can confirm that sitting on this hard plastic device is really unfortable after two minutes or so. I tried the various heat and massage settings and felt absolutely nothing other than warmth and a vague burbling. I really wanted to find something about studies done on the use of the instrument, but absolutely everything I could find focused on internal devices - there was no mention that I could find relating to external massage, heat, or light stimulation.In the light of lack of scientific backup, and lack of perceived effect, I cannot recommend this item
