I love the 3 modes, TENS, EMS. & RELAX, it has multiple setting which each mode. Charges easily and quickly. Charges last through multiple uses. You can pick from 10 minutes to 60 minutes at a time. The pads stick very well and i've gotten probably 20 uses from them before changing them out. This has been a game changer. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so I find myself very stiff when first waking up and I use it for about an hour and I'm great for the rest of my day. It really helps to loosen up my muscles and joints. Storage case is small and compact easy to carry or pack for vacations.

I absolutely love this TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Pro! It was a lifesaver during my rotator cuff surgery recovery, and it played a huge role in my rehab. My recovery exceeded my surgeon’s expectations by five weeks, and I truly believe this device made a difference. Easy to use, effective, and reliable—I highly recommend it to anyone needing muscle stimulation for pain relief or rehabilitation! Being this is the third shoulder surgery I’ve had in the last five years, I really wish I had this TENS unit after my first two shoulder surgeries, one being a complete shoulder replacement. I know it would’ve accelerated my rehabilitation time. The EMS mode is so effective.

Great price & works better than the $250 price one I've had before. Only 4 stars because the pads could last a little longer without having to be replaced so often.

First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online.But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later.Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not.Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours.Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies.TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I've started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around.Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use.This is a DEF recommend

Love this. Intuitive design--very easy to operate. The display is bright and clear, it's well made, very effective, came with a carrying case and it's reasonably priced. I've been having problems with debilitating muscle spasms in my mid to lower back and leg. My body does not tolerate muscle relaxers. Supplements, spinal adjustments, PT as well as other 'fixes' weren't cutting it. I did a 20 minute session in the morning and my spasms subsided until later that evening when they returned at a fraction of their original intensity.Best of all, I feel like I'm getting my life back. I was able to accomplish more physical tasks yesterday than I had been able to in months. Looking forward to a more active life-style doing what I love.

5-Star product that I highly recommend.I hurt my back a few weeks ago and a coworker mentioned getting a TENS unit. He sent me a different Amazon model, but after some research, I went with the NEOCARBON SM9055 Black unit.This unit comes with everything including:1. A nice zip-up storage that holds everything. It has mesh pockets on both sides so nothing falls out when you unzip. It is very similar to what you would use to store an external USB hard drive.2. USB-C charging cable.3. Two connecting cables, one end goes to the unit (A or B) and the other end goes to two pads.4. 12 pads and two storage “stick pads here” for storage. So far, I’ve only opened 4 pads and they continue to remain sticky even after a handful of uses.5. User Manual and quick guide tells you how to operate the unit, where to place the pads, and how to troubleshoot.Pros:1. Between the TENS (12), RELAX (24), and EMS (36) patterns, there are 72 options.2. There is a timer and you can go from 10 to 60 minutes in intervals of 10.3. You have the ability to change the intensity on each channel independently.4. The intensity is no joke, plenty of “juice” in this little unit to get the job done.5. USB-C charging vice batteries.6. Ability to “lock” by pressing the power button so you don’t accidentally change settings.Cons:1. My only minor complaint is the intensity starts at 0 and you have to increase it manually each time.

So easy to use. I was worried that the tens would be too hard to use. This couldn’t be easier. It has helped me so much with lower back pain. I love trying all the different patterns that can be used and the pamphlet gives a great description of them all. I don’t know how anyone could use the highest level in strength, it is that powerful. My chiropractor would start out each session with a tens unit. Each visit was $60.I haven’t been back to the doctor since this incredible little unit. Perfect little TENS!
