Worked well on 1/16" stainless sheet metal.
This works well when welding stainless steel. I did have some issues with getting my welder set properly but that was easy to overcome with a bit of trial and error. So far the welds are holding up and are not rusting. The splatter is easy to clean when pre-treating the area with anti splatter spray. The cost was reasonable and I will be getting more of this in the future.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN BLUE DEMON!!!
I have been battling a spool of blue demon wire getting absolutely horrendous welds. Once that ran out, I decided to give this brand a shot. I just laid down the CLEANEST welds I have ever made with flux core. It completely transformed my welding experience. 10/10. I will be buying this wire from now on. If you are struggling welding stainless with your machine, give this a shot before thinking that you need to upgrade to a tig. This stuff is incredible.

Check the wire size. This is larger than most standard tips
I got this stainless flux wire to have in the random instances where I need to do some quick stainless welding at home. I am only set up for mild steel with MIG gas so this is a great work-around in a pinch. The only problem I ran into is that I didn't notice this is .039" wire and I only and .030 and .035" tips. After looking around the next size up is .040" so I am going to have to buy some of those to get this wire to feed in my Miller 211. Just make sure you pay attention to the wire size and have the right tips.

Loaded it up into my Millermatic 140Autoset, top knob speed at 3, and 16GA, travel quick and no burnthrough, no porosity.. I was damned impressed. Not that smokey, not that much slag. Brushed right off.Got my exhaust welded, and I'm super happy. Been using Mildsteel Shielded, but am Double shielding with 75/25 too. Seems to make a slight difference.
