From box to stovetop it's a champ !
I was first introduced to asian cooking in my twenties, since then I am 61 years old now. I have owned a few woks in my day. I've had nonstick, carbon steel, and even cast iron. They all had their pros and cons, but they don't hold a candle to this stainless steel Kadai. After reading some of the reviews, let me just clarify some things that I disagree with. Number one, the quality of the stainless steel is quite excellent. It is very sturdy and passed the magnet test with flying colors it is definitely induction ready. The cleanup on this thing was too easy. I was able to get a beautiful stir fry on medium high heat with no burning, and it was speedy and even. No strange hotspots or uneven cooking.someone said in one of the reviews that this ten inch kadai was not big enough to feed four people. Again, I disagree, I could feed four people out of this quite easily. So maybe portion control is an issue for some folks. I also had plenty of room for cooking space . The handles we're quite solid, and we're very comfortable to hold when plating food,If I was given a choice to keep only one piece of cookware out of my whole kitchen, it would probably be, this kadai. I make a lot of stir fry and curries., but I could easily see making a large batch of soup stew or chili in this thing. It claims that this kadai can take an oven heat of eight hundred degrees.I have yet to use it in the oven, that will be something for the future. On a special note, I had a glass lid from a reputable cast iron company that everyone knows about here in the US. I don't know if you can drop brand names here. But they sell a ten inch glass lid that fits the kadai almost perfectly..This was definitely worth the price. I plan on having this piece of cookware for many years to come. No more worrying about seasoning.Or flaking nonstick surfacesJust good clean hassle free cooking. It's a perfect size and weight in my opinion, I don't think I'd want any bigger to be honest. Like I said earlier the riveted handles were solid, you could just tell this is excellent craftsmanship.I can't wait to make my next meal in this thing. Gonna be a curry I believe. I don't know if this is going to be A one timePromotional thing or not. So, get one while you still can you won't be disappointed right from the box,It's a champ .

Great quality
Nice looking, great quality, healthy, no coating material wok. It is a little small but works for my small family. I searched for many woks before and decided to get this one. I have used it several times and VERY happy with it.

Wow! Best. Wok. Ever.
This wok is very high-quality. It does the job well—cooks quickly and food comes out evenly cooked. The handles stay cool and that’s fantastic! I will have this wok forever!

Enjoying the product
Little bit smaller than I expected and light weight compared to the similar sized 5-ply pans or pots, but overall, really enjoying the product. It is perfect for, I guess 1.8~2.5 people, depending on the person.

Excellent for Indian cooking on Induction. WIsh it was a little larger.
It is hard to get decent induction "kadhai" (works for Indian cooking- the main difference being two lift handles) since most won't have a flat base. Cast-iron or carbon steel versions are too heavy for daily cooking. The ones made by Indian companies are honestly garbage when it comes to induction. They are made with gas cooktops in mind. This one works very well and performs exactly as intended. As others have noted, it is barely enough for 4 people. You have to be careful not to splatter. I hope they come out with a version that is an inch more in diameter.

Kind of like a wok
It's smaller than my usual wok which makes it very convenient for smaller meals. I guess the flat bottom makes it not exactly a wok but it still works great for smaller stir frys.

I will make my own defects and patina not you
I should make my own patina and scratches not you. This is the second time got a product should have failed quality control. Fortunately the big ticked items I need you were out of stock. I now switched to all clad to complete me my kitchen…. Very disappointedIt is very nice though
