Ridiculously long to assemble, about 5 hoursS needs two people at some points but great value for money so can’t really go wrong. They’re very sturdy, they scratch easily though.

I ordered this bed 3 times in total because the 1st 2 orders never arrived due to logistics issues, I gave this company the benefit of rectifying this and ordered for a 3rd time, the bed finally arrived and I wish it hadn’t! This bed was cheap and the quality confirms that, parts of the bed had thread missing so it could not be fully assembled and what was managed to be assembled was not great,I lifted my 4 year old on to the top bunk as the ladder was part of the bed missing thread and it was not stable at all, it looks like the images but the drawers also did not go together. I requested a refund on the item and for it to be returned as it was faulty, the seller would only accept a return at which the cost to me was £95 due to size and weight, I was expected to pay to return a faulty item not fit for purpose and received many messages from the seller to state this! I had To escalate to Amazon after 2 weeks of trying to get this returned. Amazon did issue a full refund however the seller did as trying to keep £19.99 so they can get the goods collected! The goods are still at my house packaged and waiting to be collected.
