I’m very happy with this
I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and I’d buy it again. As mentioned in other reviews, the internal audio is poor, but if you go into the settings, and get to the sound EQ… just turn everything up all the way and it works fine for navigation. I don’t even have a radio in my old truck, so I stuck a Bluetooth speaker in it with an aux port and used the mini audio cable supplied. That works great. But what I really like is how seamless it is to hop in and watch it automatically connect without issue. Just lime you would expect. The screen us big and bright. For a 21yo vehicle, this is a miracle.

Worked as expected
Got this to upgrade a 2013 Focus and everything worked as expected; Calls, Google Maps, YouTube Music, etc. However, it would not output a loud enough signal via the 3.5mm AUX output so I had to turn up my car stereo to near max to get it to adequate listening volume. For reference stock radio Bluetooth/FM I usually listen to at about 30-50% volume. This was not acceptable for my use because if my radio ever fails back to FM radio it would be INSANELY loud and this alone is the reason for returning.

Unit operates as described. No complaints.
Returned this because it was a bit confusing for us. That could be because we are old. Nice unit and appears to operate as described.

Would not recommend
They sent me one, didn’t work at all, sent me another and worked great for about a week or 2 and then wouldn’t connect wireless to car play, plugged it in and it worked wired one time then wouldn’t connect again.

Good (but not perfect) solution for Wireless Android Auto on an older car.
I've been using this device daily for the last 2 months on my 2015 Honda Accord with wireless Android Auto. I purchased this unit because it offers the Bluetooth audio output mode. In this mode the audio playback is directly from my phone to the Bluetooth of my car stereo. This also allows the steering wheel controls to work to control music playback inside Android auto.Overall the unit works well and reliably with Android Auto. Most of my complaints are about the quality of the screen hardware and a software issue with day/night mode that is a daily annoyance. If the manufacturer came out with a new model with a better screen then it would be an instant buy for me.Here is the detail of my thoughts:The good:- Powers up very quickly. Wireless Android Auto is often connected before my phone is connected to the Bluetooth audio system in my car.- Fairly reliable connection. I have not experienced very many disconnections on Wireless Android auto. I believe that the few times I've had issues were due to Android Auto itself crashing on my phone rather than the unit itself.- Has been standing up to the summer heat in Southern California. It has never failed to power up or function due to heat. The bad:- The screen is not very bright. In the daytime the screen can look pretty washed out and be difficult to read. Turning up the brightness in the settings does not make the screen any brighter or easier to read.- There's no way to automate switching Android Auto between day and night mode. It takes 4 or 5 taps on the screen to manually switch between day and night mode. Manually switching is a daily annoyance for me.- The screen does not support 2 finger touch for pinch to zoom and rotation in maps.- The screen feels pretty cheap to the touch. The surface feels plasticy and touches aren't very responsive. The lack of 2 finger touch and the plasticy feel makes me think that the screen is resistive touch instead of capacitive.- No source for software updates. I can't even find this model on the "aphqua" website.

It works
It works and android auto is very handy. But the system lags a lot and the interface isn't smooth. The screen is kind of huge though so it's great for the money. It's just very jumpy and the color quality is... passible. I've gotten too spoiled by high quality IPS and OLED screens to accept this level I think.
