First Class Customer Service
I am very impressed by the courteous and prompt service when I had an issue with my order. I ordered a 2-pack remote control to replace my existing remotes which came with the door and were beginning to fall apart after years of use. However, I only received one remote which I initially could not get to work. After I contacted the seller they immediately sent clear instructions on how to program the remote. They also explained that the advertising was a mistake and it should have been just one remote but that they would send me a second remote as it was their mistake. I received the second remote of a different type but in my opinion a better one. Both new remotes are now working perfectly. This is the sort of service that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this seller.
