Purchased this on the Kindle, and by the time I got around to trying to download and read it, passed the 7 day return period. The Kindle version is not readable without a microscope, and does not navigate in any rational way.

The information in this book is not for the beginner, but finally seeing a glimpse of the “why” behind so many yoga practices is most helpful. The compassion that led to this book being written and drawn and painted is clear throughout. A blessing!
