Greetings fellow amazonians, unlike most reviews i've read of this product i musta got a wednesday one cause it's workin great. the inside of the tank was clean. i wasn't short of parts, assembly was EASY. I filled the tank with 25 gallons of fuel then tested the pump by sticking the fuel hose into the tank fill tube and started cranking the handle. the pump primed after a few rotations and started pumping fuel, no leaks from the tank, fuel pump assembly or hose and the fuel level indicator is even accurate. i will top off the tank to 35 gallons on my next trip to town. Now i have plenty of fuel for those late night visitors (had a few) that run out of gas or the lawnmower, snowmobile or other gasoline powered devices.UPDATE: spoke to soon i guess. the caddy fuel level indicator stopped working when the float filled with gasoline and sank to the bottom. you can see the pinhole in the float ball that caused the issue. probly not a bad idea to remove the float assembly and check for this sort of thing before you put your caddy into service. it would also be a good idea to fill it with water to check for leaks before filling it with fuel. i gambled with mine by not doing so. i contacted vevor and they said they would send me a new float assembly. i will update this review when/if they do, stay tuned.FINAL UPDATE: 4/30/25 VEVOR sent me a new float assembly for the level gauge so i'm gonna restore the 5 star rating and two thumbs. pictured are some mods i made to the caddy. i replaced the clear hose with a fuel rated hose with 3/4" NPT fittings and a fuel nozzle i sourced from amazon sellers. the clear tube gets hard and inflexible after a while so i pre-emptively changed it. lastly, had i not destroyed the packaging then filled it with gasoline before checking it for leaks i probly could've returned it through amazon if i had problems but since it was basically unreturnable i opted to replace the faulty part and thankfully vevor supplied me with one. going forward folks, don't destroy your shipping container and make sure to leak check the product with water before filling it with fuel. I was very unhappy with this product and a waste of money. The pump leaked right from the beginning and the Fuel gauge never functioned. While using it if you did not have a polyethylene gloves for fuel on and a splash shield you would get fuel all over you. It leaked from the crank in the center of the pump and the low side of the pump casing. The hose became very stiff at about +15°F. The wheels are to narrow for rolling with full tank on any type of sandy surface. The handle split and fell off in my hand the second use. I bought 2, one for gasoline and the other one for diesel. Contacted support several times (phone/email) "someone will contact you" never occurred warranty elapsed. Never buy anything from this company again. A lot of tractor/outdoor/tools parts could of been bought by me but not happening.

Quality seems to be good after three months of use. The hand pump and weight of the material seems to be good as well. The value for the money seems to be there even though I have read a few bad reviews. With the four wheels you can push it around easily and even tip it up on two wheels so it very maneuverable. Overall functionality is good and I can now fill my tractor from the ground and not get a ladder and a five gallon can.

I ordered the 35 gallon in yellow and I am very surprised by what you get for the money. No, it’s not perfect and it took a few cosmetic damage during shipping but it was package well. Can’t blame the seller for idiots in the shipping chain! Went together easy and pump spring blades seem to travel freely and rotates without binding. My float level ball had no leaks nor did any other areas of tank thus far, but only put in 4 gallons for bottom leak test. I have had good luck with Vevor from fuel tanks to diesel heaters. Oh, also I inspected the inside of tank with borescope and it was clean. Update 04/10/24, added more fuel to test pump and it leaks around the housing, o-ring on inside cover O.D. is not thick enough to stop fuel. Machined groove is too deep and o-ring does not get compressed by the cover. Well, RTV next step?

Great piece of equipment

The bolt on bottom busted off right away during assembly and vevor told me to throw away and theyd replace it. They were to have us sign for it due to delivery people not properly delivering stuff. we never got it due to theft. Vevor and amazon delivery are now telling us we have to get refund back from each other and amazon customer service is bad!! Dont even waste your money on this item. Cheaply made, crank handle is plastic, the pump is plastic also cracked while mounting and dangerous since its a gas tank. Horrible customer service from both Amazon and vevor lately!! Tuey dont value their customers! Ive been loyal customer of amazon since 1996 and SPEND THOUSANDS of dollars A MONTH! YES EACH MONTH!! they dont care! They just bounce you around for hours on the phone!!

Really nice construction and everything works as it should. Buy a hose clamp from the hardware store for the fuel hose. The one that comes with it is crap.
