Bira Craft 1.5 inch Butterfly Silhouette Craft Lever Punch for Scrapbooking and Arts(Butterfly)

This is such a wonderful addition to my crafting supplies. It cuts paper perfectly. I have used scrapbook paper, light to mid-weight cardstock, and glitter paper. Each time it produces a crisp heart with the designs inside perfectly punched out. There were no stuck pieces of paper, no problems with the punch going all the way through, and it was easy to use. This is a well designed item and I highly recommend it!

Pretty shape/design, and it makes a clean punch , even on very heavy cardstock.

This punched a nice, sharp, crisp image. Not sure about the durability after repeated punches due to being made from plastic.

I was very excited to receive this tool to continue my art project for school. After trying for the first time, I got very disappointed about how difficult it was to press the machine down. Mean while, there was no opening nor indicator for alignment hence very difficult to see where the patten lands on the paper- damaged one of my color chip due to this reason(image above). After 6 to 7 punches, the machine stopped working...urgh!! Something came off inside and got stuck. I had to leave this review so more people can be aware of this...

I haven't seen a heart punch with this much detail. It is beautiful. It's not hard to use; it just takes practice. Practice on a magazine page with varied colors and watch the lovely result. This is a bigj study punch that produces wonderful results at a reasonable price. I'm just an ordinary crafter. This makes my projects a little more finished.
