This is the Bible of Taekwondo athletes. If you want to learn the details of the martial art, have it all together and go above and beyond, you need this book. It's quite expensive though and very difficult to find.

The newly updated text is exemplary. The book was well done. I feel that this textbook is essential to any taekwondo practitioner. I find that the information flows cohesively and perfectly. There is a wealth of information that is thorough from the history to the sport aspect of taekwondo.
