Great quality and value
Great quality and value. Given the price compared to others I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is. I love that the shower head itself has an on/off button for when you’re washing your hair or dog over the bath and need to pause the water to use the soap. Easy to switch between shower and tap. Would recommend.

Tap came damaged
The media could not be loaded. I had it fit perfect and turned on the water and its leaking/spraying through a little crack on the side of the tapLooks good and is made from good material would like a refund on it though

Very nice mixer. It makes you feel like you have one of those famous brands. Easy to install and use, quality material, definitely recommend it.

Not suitable for gravity fed system. Very poor flow rate = 20mins to fill bath
The media could not be loaded. I’m a bathroom fitter and I bought this for my own house because it was comparatively cheap and therefore worth the risk. Unfortunately whilst it is fairly well made it isn’t suitable for anything other than pressurised systems eg. Combi boiler or Megaflow etc. Not a good flow rate on a gravity fed system. It should really say this on the listing details. I’ll have to return it as it’s not fit for purpose. It’s taken 20 minutes to fill a standard uk bath (1.7mtr x 760mm).

Nice tap, slick, easy to fit
Very happy with this tap. For all those who complain, a mix tap will always have a somewhat slower flow rate, but this one is completely. The material quality is very good. It's a solid tap. Very good value.

Not yet fitted but will be used to replace an existing tap in bathroom, seems excellent value for money and service was brilliant highly reccomend.

Don't get installation. They messed me around then made up a bs reason why they couldn't install it. Don't get installation. Find someone who'd do it for you.
