It has to be used connected to the plug
It's to heath up drinks, it's not a kettle at all...you have to connect it to the plug, not really portable. I thought could charge and use it when needed. The temperature also keeps on changing, I don't know if that is a defect. It can be used for office people to heat up milk or tea or coffee without boiling..that is the only advantage. If I want to book won'tknow when it's done also because there is no warning. Disappointed.

Premium quality...look and feel of product is amazing....there are 3 temperatures modes in it.functionality is simple just and play....heating is superb ...cord length is also good. Easy to carry also you can make your black tea, green tea. I loved the product.
