I walk 30 miles a week and take spinning classes 4 times a week. I’ve been suffering with Achilles tendinitis and calf cramping for the past 8 months . I’ve had to stop walking but continued with spinning classes at a much slower pace . I’ve tried a bunch of different insoles and nothing helped. I was justabout to make an appointment with a orthopedic doctor when I saw these on line and decided to give these a try. I started walking in small increments daily. They felt great, so I increased my distance daily. I’m happy to say I’m back to walking 30 miles a week. . The thickness is perfect . They stay in place and the fit is great. These insoles have saved my quality of life . Thank you .

I couldn't believe these heel pads made an instant difference!!! And they stay still in your footwear !! I had achilles pain and I couldnt walk for days. All my shoes and boots are wearable when I use these heel pads!!!

Thankful for this cost-effective solution for my heel spurs! It’s very painful to walk, these ease the pain and make walking much easier. They are easy to move from shoe-to-shoe and work very well.

I exercise 4-5/6 days a week, where running takes up the majority of the exercise. For the last few weeks I have been having some real discomfort to left achilles tendon, where at times i cut a lidocaine patch in half and place it over the area. I've tried different cushion inserts with no luck. I received these today and did my run. Wow , these did the trick. I didn't feel any discomfort, and I felt like i could run forever. I would recommend these inserts

I ordered these to help with heel pain not relieved by other shoes or orthotics. After trying so many other things, these were truly the first thing that actually relieved the heel pain.The problem is that the heel cup is so thick that it reduces the support needed by other parts of the foot, especially the arch. I tried putting the heel cups underneath my orthotics to retain the arch support, but then the heel pain returned.If these were a full orthotic I would buy them for every pair of shoes I own! But unfortunately I had to return them because the significantly elevated heel didn’t allow for enough arch support.

Needed heel support WITHOUT arch support. This is exactly what I needed. I bought a couple other kinds and brands but they had the arch support which hurt my foot, because I didn't need that, and another brand I cut out the arch support and was left with a tab of product for just my heel, which worked but felt weird in my shoe as just a chunk of insole/padding. Bought these and they were amazing. Very comfortable, fit perfectly in my shoe, doesn't bunch up or slip around, and you don't notice it in your shoe. Being someone who is very aware of how things fit and feel on me I can't stand when something doesn't stay in place or pokes you or scratches you or causes discomfort. These are perfect in every way.

These helped make a better fit for a pair of shoes that was slightly too large for one foot. It also provided extra heel comfort.

The heel cups stayed in place but unfortunately the comfort level was not as expected. Somewhat hard for sore heel due to an Achilles strain.
