Yeah, the taste is good. It doesn’t taste crazy or anything. Taste normal and good and it’s three scoops a day and it’s 50 g of protein per scoop. I have had some health issues so I am taking it and I am sure it will work and helped the way it is supposed to as well as give me energy too. I did mention that if you were an athlete that you were concerned about getting fat or too many calories, but the other side of that is if you get a high amount of protein and energy that you will be able to work out harder and longer, so I think if someone who was in sports on a team or something That this would give them a burst of energy and help them. I don’t imagine it would be good to just take this and watch TV but if you are into sports or want to get gains, then this having gloomy protein and creatine, I think this is an awesome help and combination for Building muscle and strength. I have no doubts that I am going to get stronger and put on some weight and muscle which I have lost a lot of. Lastly is the price. I think it is a very fair price compared to other things that are 70+ dollars. I mean come on can we still get good prices for things without having to pad so much on top to get rich? I will stay with this company, and I will stay with whatever I need as far as Supplements nutrients, I will get it from them.

Love the taste, my husband says it gives him energy at the gym. It’s a great value for the money also. He mixes it with half water half chocolate milk!!!

I got it to help me gain weight I been on it for a month its cookies n cream I have only gained 5 pounds thats all I was hoping for the money it would work better than this I mix it with whole milk I f you like oreo cookies then you will like this cause I think that's what it is ground up oreo,s I got it because of the calories that's in it I don't really care for the taste but I can choke it down and it defenatly has a lot of sugar in it I justbwishbit was cheaper cause I think their charging a lot for ground up oreo,s and I dont understand where the lead in it comes from im on a fixed income and I can't keep paying this much for this ibreally don't see that much of a difference in drinking it it does blowt your stomach so be sure and eat before you drink it im not to happy with it ill have to figure out something else cause I can't afford to keep buying it it needs to be priced at half of what it is I read somewhere where they said you need to take it fir 6 m I nths to see muscle mass im just trying to gain weight no break my wallet I hope other ppl can afford it and get better results than I have Kevin

Taste is good. Just started so I can't give a review. The scoop is enormous and a serving size is 3 of them in 24 oz of water or milk!? So I break it up through the day.

If you are trying to gain weight or add major bulk, this is for you! It’s easy to digest and blends really well in both water or milk, though if you aren’t accustomed to protein powders work up to a full serving as it could be rather harsh on your stomach at first. Easy to use in non-liquid form, too; I find it works well for protein heavy oatmeal and pancakes to add some variety to my meal options.
