Great metabolism instruction
Thomas is on point with helping people to use nutrition to recover their metabolism and great health! Simple, basic information to just follow! Not a fancy picture book, but filled with precisely the steps to follow to boost your metabolism. Very inexpensive both with the book, and the simple, inexpensive way to get there!

Easy to Read, a Video Would be Helpful
This book was easy-to-read. I wish there were more than just the couple of recipes mentioned. It would be nice if a YouTube video would be created to accompany the descriptions of the workouts and the resistance training exercises for those who are unfamiliar with them. Thank you for all you do to help so many people! :D

Very good info
Enjoyed & an easy read. Some repetitive info and could easily be less pages but the info is solid, informative and anyone can understand and execute this info.

Great basis for healthy living, but no real guidelines
Let me first begin this review by saying that I love what Mr. Tadlock and his wife are doing by promoting a healthy and nutritious lifestyle. I think they've helped many people overcome illnesses and people like myself to take control before illness strikes. As a person who still has weight left to lose, even though I've been following a plant-based diet for a while now, I was excited to buy Mr. Tadlock's new book. I read through it a couple times and have implemented smoothies into my daily life.That being said, the reason I docked this book two stars is because Mr. Tadlock neglects to provide a solid guideline for how to eat for fat loss. He talks about smoothies and recipes, but he never really says how much or when to eat. I've seen many people question that in his Facebook group, so I know I'm not alone. Even in his Q&A video, when someone asked about eating like the example he uses early on in the book (the woman who ate three smoothies a day and two meals), he quickly dismissed the question by saying that was "her plan" and not anyone else's. Unfortunately, most people who buy books like these (myself included), need to have some kind of basic guideline to follow. Otherwise, we're left to muddle along. Mr. Tadlock does not fulfill that requirement in this book.That being said, I would like to see an updated version of this book at some point with better and easier to follow dietary guidelines for the average person. How many smoothies/meals per day? What exactly is a handful of flax/chia (in his Q&A, he maintains it's different per person, but we need a base amount because even my own handfuls can vary).

Amazingly great
This book has a lot of value information. I am using it to change my life and transform my health. The author is very knowledgeable and I’m excited to work this program.
