Excellent sound quality
I have used this brand for around seven years. Started with the basic Bluetooth, and those lasted for a year. I upgraded to the Liberate 2.0, and have used them, in a factory, for the last 6 years. I’m replacing them now because I think the battery is failing. I received my new pair today, 03/12/25, and look forward to using them until I retire. Plugfones make a superior product, and you will not be disappointed in purchasing them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+Tom.

Wear them backwards
This headset kicks @&$&#*@&#,!I have over 15 BT headsets for various uses and these are the best!Let me clarify, for voice chat. Music is kaka! They get the job done but, zero bass, and very mono tone.Does that stop me from having them hang around my neck for 12 hours a day? HEEELLLLNOOOO!I can talk tp customers while on the lot it 20mph winds and they dont hear any noise! On the way home i can hit the gun range, practice abit and never change headsets!Battery life if great, the foam tips....meh... the silicon tips, pull them out slowly or you will, lol not like it.Be sure to use the tiny clip thats on the wire, to connect both wires below ya chin, or they will slide all around.I like to wear them in reverse, i wear thm with the neck guard thingy in front, clip them together in back and insert ears. That keeps loose wires behind my head instead on under my chin which sucks. If you wear these under a over the ear system, be warned they are LOUD AS FORK!Update april 29 2020.The charge port rubber cover is a real pain in the arse to open up, requires very pointy thing to open it to be able to connect a charge cable. A redesign of that cover is needed, make the tab larger so finger nails can grip it.

Not worth the price.
Probably some of if not the best in noise cancellation. But as far as Bluetooth goes I couldn’t set my phone down and walk 15ft away. I work in an Aerospace facility and these are the only thing they allow. The battery life isn’t terrible but if you like your music to be on the louder side it will drain the battery. Ive had times where my phone is in my pocket it gets a bad connection and sounds distorted. They are comfortable but for the price... I wouldn’t buy them again. Plenty of others out there that are half the price and have a better Bluetooth connection strength, battery life, and sound quality.

I like them. Pretty sure you will too. They work great.
Bought these for motorcycle road trips hoping they would work as earplugs to block wind noise and also work as earbuds so I could listen to music while I’m riding. They did exactly that. Wind noise is greatly reduced and music is clear. They’re comfortable too. If you ride 70mph or more they aren’t much good. Just keep your speed under 70 if you want to hear them. Over 70 they make great earplugs. The Bluetooth connection is good for 50-60 feet and they reconnect as soon as you’re back in range. The best way I found to wear them is to put them around my neck with the retaining clip in front. The retaining clip does not stay on the wires very well so I put a small o ring on it and it holds the wire fine. The wires could be a little longer. If you have an 18” neck you’ll need to just let the wires hang in front.I have played music at 80-100% volume for 7-8 hrs and the battery still has power. I recommend these things. They are a little spendy but so is a good set of Bluetooth ear buds.

I am completely satisfied with these (well, only for a year)
I am completely satisfied with these. Good enough sound and bass, good volume, great battery life. My favorite bluetooth device to date, as far as work is concerned. I am a self employed carpenter, so holding a phone is a real time suck. The microphone seems to be fairly good at allowing me to keep working, and making noise, while on the phone. Saws and such are still fairly loud on the other end, but tolerable, especially if you are talking to your carpenter buddy! Only possible complaint is it has no clip included to keep it in place. I snarfed one off an old bt device, and keep it clipped to itself below my chin. Works for me... Highly recommend!53 WEEK UPDATE: So, my left channel cut out at approximately a week after one year. I use them every day. I still like them, and still use them for one ear audio and hearing pro. Disappointed that I could not get them to last longer. My nephew bought a pair upon my recommendation and his died in slightly less time than mine. He also had left channel cut out. I am hesitant to buy another pair, and have to downgrade from 5 stars to 4 because of our shared experience with this product. I would buy another pair in a heartbeat if they came out with a pair that had heavier gauge wire. A nice touch would also be right angle connections at the earbud, to facilitate over ear protection for really loud noise: sometimes the earbuds get pushed on by my earmuffs, which can be quite painful. I still recommend them, I guess 365 or so days of continuous duty is good enough, but the price is a bit tough to swallow.

Shocking decline in quality
I've bought several pairs of plugfones over the years, and usually I don't have any issues, but this time I opted to go for the more expensive option and I was left disappointed. The issue with the other cheaper Bluetooth headphones was the tips not being replaceable, the hardware itself worked great, good sound quality, and the microphone had a decent amount of noise canceling functionality. These on the other hand, were just inadequate. The earplug tips were decent enough, but the sound quality AND microphone are subpar. Several people described the experience of talking with me as painful because it seemed to amplify the noise in the background. If you are going to get a pair of plugfones just get the basic Bluetooth ones. A much better and consistent product, these still need loads of work
