I have only one issue with the umbrella and that it doesn’t have a tie up for the umbrella to keep the ribs closed With that out of the way it’s really cool looking and recommend it.NOTICE: I’ve noticed many reviews about their lights not working. The problem is simple, the solar panel needs to be plugged into the lights by twisting it (per terrible instructions) and plugging the light plug into the bottom of the solar panel.UPDATE The solar panel would charge during the day and all lights would come on but once it was dark the lights would not work. I found out that the solar panel was discharging at the same time it should have been charging.I contacted the seller regarding the issue and they were very prompt with their response and even suggested I try different options to fully charge the panel.I attempted every suggestion but it still came down to a bad solar panel.They replaced the entire umbrella even though I would have settled for the panel by itself.Now everything is working as expected and their customer service is definitely customer oriented to provide their customers with the best product availableI highly recommend this seller for standing by their products and the complete satisfaction of each and every customer.

I'm satisfied with this product. Good looking umbrella. Had an issue with LED light one bar wasn't working. Contacted seller, very nice, quick response, problem solved. My fault. Charge the battery before use for 24 hrs, and make sure to connect properly. People are complaining about cheap material easy to break. True if you're not careful, and using force to much. Protect from bad weather and it will last for a long time. Very Expensive umbrellas have same issues, too.

The umbrella arrived before the stipulated time, very simple to put it together, has good coverage for a rectangular table of six, the lights look great, work well (so far) and make you feel very cozy. The quality is not the best so better to have it down for strong winds and/or rain and put it away in the winter time.

We had ordered one umbrella and loved it! Decided to order another to match. Second one the solar lights would not work. Did a return and replacement, a new one was sent immediately. No questions asked. What a great company! Thank you!

This umbrella seemed to be well made, but looks can be deceiving. I bough it in April 2019 and used it 1 summer. I always took care of it like every umbrella i've owned. I have a cover for it when it's not open and when it's closed it always had a bunge around it to keep the wind from opening it. I just went out to put the umbrella down and cushions inside and the whole umbrella pole snapped in half right where the tilt button is!! There was zero wind today! I am so disappointed... i loved the look of it and the lights on it but none of that matters if the pole is made of cheap pott metal/plastic. What a waste of money. Other umbrellas of had usually last 3 or 4 years at least, as long as you take care of them.

This umbrella was exactly what we were looking for. Easy to assemble. Had it up for about 2 weeks, enjoying it lit up and beautiful by our pool. It was a bright sunny, hot Florida afternoon. Barely a breeze. It was opened, slightly tilted and had been like that for awhile. Suddenly for no reason, the pole snapped. Made no sense except for the fact that the pole is very flimsy and cheaply made. Like I said, a very calm sunny day. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. We knew it was a lot less expensive than the other ones we were looking at, just thought it would at least last through the summer. We had read other complaints about the flimsy pole, but thought maybe they left it up during rainy or windy weather. Would never buy this umbrella again. Would love to get reimbursed, but don’t think that’s going to happen. I wish they would fix this issue. I’m sure people would be happy to pay more for a better product. Do not purchase. You will be wasting your money.

I had been putting off a new outdoor umbrella forever as my old one was really expensive. I came across this one mostly because of the lights. Wasn't expecting much for the price, but wow, I am really impressed. Much higher quality than I thought, the tilt is such a nice option I never had before..and the solar lights are just the right touch! Not too bright, even with lots of sun powering the panel - which I like - , still bright enough to play cards under it. It has stood up to two storms already too with no problems. Great value!

I love how big this umbrella is! I have a 66" table on one of my porches and it's not easy to find an umbrella big enough. 6 people sitting at the table are covered with this one and that's what I needed.It comes with a water resistant coating but added more to the umbrella because it is being used on an uncovered, North facing porch.I can sit at this table with light rain falling and stay dry thanks to this huge umbrella.The solar lights provide plenty of light but not super bright, therefore they do not attract bugs.It's easy to crank and tilt.
