As a floral designer it’s hard finding a strong yet light weight and balanced knife. This knife is small but it is the perfect size for my applications. It’s extremely sharp out of the box. The size vs quality is amazing it is very stout and sturdy. For the price it’s unbeatable, I am going to invest into a new sheath so that I have something a little better fit for me.

The knife community goes through phases: tank-like prybar behemoths one year, small elegant Gentleman's Folders the next. All the recent blade-show expos clearly showed a surging market for small to medium (and largely pocket-carry) fixed blades that are approximately the length of an average folder.We got 3 of these Doom Blade knives over a year and I can say they perform and hold up very well to medium use, including some stress-test prying, scraping, extended cutting etc. The steel is market-entry 44C but that's ok, it's decent and also sharpens back up very quickly (that cheaper steel's "softness" is an advantage when sharpening on the fly).They're very small.. an average hand can basically cover the whole thing.. but they're simply great for domestic use, discreet carry, also as office carry where you'd never ever whip out your huge tactical Ka-Bar clone.4 stars overall because the new version of the sheath is total crap. If Doom charged $1 more for their older sheath instead of the sad floppy sock they're now sending out, they'd have an out of the box rockstar. But the knife itself does deserve 5 stars for what it is.Find a better sheath for this and it will serve you ultra well for a long while.

its definitely small but still very sharp great kitchen knife for small things.

Easy to sharpen, great small size for a work knife. Easily get it out of the holster but takes a second to get it back in without looking awkward while doing it. I wish the little sheath it comes it was leather but I'll deal with the black plastic/cloth sheath it comes with for the price.Used on boxes, paper, string, hides/capes (taxidermy), and many other things. It's been super easy to sharpen as well.and holds an edge pretty well. I may end up buying a few of these to hand out at Christmas as gifts.

Knife was nice. It was actually very sharpe. Cut myself just touching it. Holster could be better quality but for the price I got WAY more than my money worth. Recommend it for u
