Apparently this model is no longer available, which is unfortunate.They only have the ones that take C cell batteries. The rechargeable ones are great.Co-workers keep trying to switch out theirs for mine, thinking I won't know.These are bright, good length and you don't have to be worried about beingcaught with dead batteries.

Product was great initially. Then 3 rd time at use would not come on. I changed batteries 2 times. On both wands. Thought it was me but item was definitely defective

The media could not be loaded. I bought these for my husband to use at church. He helps the ushers direct traffic in our makeshift parking lot. This has helped out quite a bit. They make him more visible and it works much better than just hand signals. It doesn't even need to be very dark for it to help. Even in the twilight when the sun is going down, it makes it so much easier. The battery life is great and each wand only requires 2 c batteries.

I have purchased so many wands constructed of flimsy plastic to use for traffic control. They last a few months and then the cap comes off or the handle cracks. Then one day I saw this exact model #L8800 being used by ground crew at the airport. These marshalling wands are made of sturdy plastic from top to bottom. They have 3 flashing modes (Solid, slow, and fast) The only issue I discovered is that if you leave them out in direct sunlight for an extended period of time, the plastic will start to fade. As you can see in the photo, all three of these are the same age. The one on the right got left in the bed of a security truck for about a month. Still works just fine, just not as brightly orange. Wish they made them in red and green.

They're great, very high visibility both day and night, my only con would be the strobe settings, it's not necessary in my profession but it's fine for other purposes in other fields.

These are truly waterproof. They are plenty bright. Two c batteries required. Three different functions. I'm keeping them in my car for emergency as well as using them when I work for sidewalk for kids

I have ordered a pair.Could not get it to work, so I was able to replace those with a 2nd pair, still for a total of ten of these wands none not able to get it to work...I end up replacing them 3 more times. After a total of TEN wands sent to me NOT ONE has Worked.I will NOT attempt to place another order of this item again.Product is defected...NOT HAPPY

They work great and have a nice handle for gripping. Very bright and reliable. The seller is great too answering all questions.
